I know it sounds yucky, but we love it braised in dark soy sauce and spices. It is really good, actually! Looks like this is something that I will try! :)kitchen flavourshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13556865191279476910noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4485173303214720771.post-73688684197872398452011-03-23T21:39:06.617-04:002011-03-23T21:39:06.617-04:00Thanks... but no thanks. Ugh! My mom used to cook calf tongue in the pressure cooker. It tasted OK sliced thin with a lot of salt, but the texture was kind of creepy. Also, I thought I might try Hog Maw (not sure how to spell it) when I was in Pennsylvannia. I understand they stuff it like a turkey and roast it in the oven until the skin is crispy and brown. I thought that might be OK. Definately no Hog's Head Cheese.Sharihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13842711799199331211noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4485173303214720771.post-14845726365537306912011-03-23T07:22:22.367-04:002011-03-23T07:22:22.367-04:00This one, I'll have to pass on, Bev!...:)JPThis one, I'll have to pass on, Bev!...:)JPjp@A Green Ridgehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15217268829093983376noreply@blogger.com
