It is the middle of March and 78 degrees today. No wonder I'm thinking about salads instead of soups and stews. This is the perfect before garden summer salad.

Now that's a salad I could really get in to. I often use mandarin oranges and strawberries in my summer salads. They make them so tasty. I really appreciate the recipe for the poppy seed dressing. Sounds delish.
